Education Attendance Status
The Education Attendance Status screen is used to create and store status options that are assigned to employees enrolled in education tracking classes.

Standard status codes are core with the system and are not editable, except for the Active setting.

User defined status codes can be added in this screen and edited.

Existing status codes can be replicated and edited.
Note:
These status options only indicate whether the employee attended the class. The Education Transaction Status determines whether the course requirements were met. For more information see .
Note:
Records coming from the badge readers will have an attendance status of Present.
To add a new Education Attendance Status code, complete the following steps:

Open .

Click on the Add button in the left pane to create a new record.

Enter a Code and Description to identify this Education Attendance Status code.

The Classification is automatically set to User Defined.

Set the Active field to Yes to activate this code. If the code is to be activated at a future date or if the code is to be disabled, set this value to No.
