Report Listing (by Report Group)

The following Report Groups are available in the left pane. Click on a report group button to display only those reports that are included in the report group. To view the reports within a report group, click the card arrow to the right of the report group name to open and display the listing.

Tip:  

To search for a report by one or more words contained in the name, set the cursor on the reports listing in the right pane, then hold down the <CTRL> key in the keyboard while clicking on the "F" key. A box displays to search the reports grid for a word or phrase.

Finding a Record in a Grid.

Individual records within a grid can be located by searching for one or more key words displayed in the grid. For example, the Reports grid can be searched to find a report with a certain word or phrase included in the report title or the employee's Transaction Grid can be searched for a specific date or pay code.

To search for a record in a grid, complete the following steps:

Set the cursor focus on the grid by moving the cursor onto the grid and then right-clicking. If there are multiple cards, such as in the employee TCS, make sure the cursor is in the correct card and then right-click.

  1. Hold down the <CTRL> key in the keyboard while clicking the F key.

    The Find screen is displayed to enter search values.

  2. Enter a key word or phrase in the field. Other values displayed in the grid can be searched for, including numbers.

  3. Click on the Next key to find the first time the word or number appears in the grid. Continue clicking on the Next button until the entry is found. Click on the Previous button to navigate back to the entries located on the grid before the current entry.

  4. When finished searching, click on the Close icon in the upper right hand corner of the box to close the Find screen.

Note:  

When finding a record within a Search results listing, only the values that are visible on the open card are included in the search.

The following report groups are available in the left pane:

All

Displays all the reports in all the groups.

Attendance

Opens a listing of reports relating to the Attendance+ application.

Audit

Displays the reports that contain edits made to records.

Carbon Copy TCR

Opens a screen to locate and open an employee's Time Card Report which was forwarded by another user.

Note:  

This option is only visible if a time card was sent to the current user and has not been viewed.

Custom

Displays the reports that were custom written by the client using the report writer.

Deduction

Displays the reports related to the DeductIT feature, including employee eligibility, usage of the feature, and deduction balance information.

Device

Displays reports relating to input devices used in the system.

Education

Displays the reports that pertain to the Education Tracking screens and information.

Effective Date

Comparison reports are available on screens for rules that are effective dated.

Employee

Displays the reports that include employee information, including demographic and Time Card Report information.

Grant/Project Tracking

Displays a listing of reports relating to grants and projects being tracked in the system.

Historical

Displays the reports that access the Historical database for additional data.

Prepared Data Reports

Opens a screen to display reports that were scheduled or submitted and not viewed. Click on the icon to the left of the report to open and view it.

Productivity Reports

Opens a screen to display reporting on employee productivity, including comparing actual hours/dollars to target values.

Replication Reports

Displays a listing of reports on the ActiveLink transfer of information between Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling and Human Resources and Payroll.

Note:  

This group is only available when Human Resources and Payroll is used.

Scheduled

Displays all the generated scheduled reports that have the Delivery Method set to Prepared.

Scheduling

Displays the reports that pertain to the Staffing and Scheduling screens and information, including schedule reports and rosters.

Supervisor

Displays the reports regarding supervisors, including supervisor assignments and the supervisor list.

System

Displays reports for maintenance of the system, including reports on roles, system licensing and system configuration.

Table

Displays reports regarding the configuration tables, including reports on indicators, parameters and assignments.

Telephony

Displays a listing of reports relating to the TimeCall application.

TimeID

Displays a listing of reports relating to the TimeID application.

Time/Attendance

Displays reports pertaining to Time and Attendance, including reports on interface exceptions and payroll review.
